Pioneer Guide

We can help develop your ideas for co-operative, community-led solutions to wellbeing, care and health needs in rural England.

We have identified pioneer groups to support until the end of 2017. You can still use this guide to start thinking about what might be possible in your community! It is intended as a first step, so make sure you get advice if you want to explore further.

Read the guide, save it to come back to all your answers online, or print each question off to keep a record. Share it! At the end, you can also share it with us.

When you have gone through the Guide Questions, you should know whether this project is for you! If it is, share your answers with us or contact us - we have made allocations of support to groups but are happy to hear about new co-operative ideas.

Keep an eye out for news about our pioneers...

Good health and well-being are about more than healthcare. A good start in life, education, decent work and housing and strong, supportive relationships all play their part.
